Our device has a power of 1.5 tesla. Device conductivity is of super conductive type. Our device is supported with regulator and UPS (Uninterrupted Power Source) systems. Gantry gap is 60 cm and there are illumination and ventilation systems within the gantry. If requested, a person can stay with the patient during imaging.

ESAOTA BRAND C-SCAN CINE MR MODEL:2004

The CINE (extremity), which is exclusively provided by us in Turkey, has a power of MR 0,2. The apparatus, having gantry opening of 30 cm. and shot fov of 20 cm, has 6 total coils of array technology.

The C-Scan CINE MR has the capacity of taking routine shots of hands, wrists, kness, elbows etc.

Only the parts to be examined are placed in the coil and within the apparatus, while the other parts of the body remain out of the apparatus. In this way, the patients having claustrophobia (cabinet fever) are easily examined and so the comfort provided to the patients becomes an important advantage. Although the system has a low tesla power, it provides clearer and more qualitative MR examination in comparison to the routine open MR systems. This system has been entirely produced for orthopedic usage.

In some examinations, when the metallic materials, inserted to the body due to previous therapies or accidents, are close to the area examined, the MR examination is prevented; even if those foreign materials have not prevented the MR examination of the patient, some of them being close to the area examined may cause intense metallic imaging failures and this may prevent the net examination of the relevant area. Is such situations, the Cine MR provides a more reliable examination of the relevant area.

This apparatus, together with its available Kinematik junctions, is able to make Kinematik MR examination, which is important for the early diagnosis of specific diseases more evidently seen in the knee joints, as well as the hand wrests and more rarely in the foot wrests.

PHILIPS OMNIADIAGNOST DIGITAL X-RAY AND ANJIOGRAPHY UNIT (2003)

Our set which is 2003 model, can commit all x-ray examinations in digital system, and also can commit a digital skolyoz-boy graph which is unique in Turkey and the ortho xray equipment examinations. Besides digital scopic examinations and digital shots, cassette shots can be made optionally. Since the image composer of the digital system is large (38 cm), wide areas can be included into graph extent. Thanks to high speed shooting capacity which can increase up to 8 shots per second in angiographic examination the imaging of high discharged vascular pathologies can be made properly. When compared with cassette shots in digital system the radiation dose is apparently low. Our digital set’s desk is revolving between +/- 90 angles and with this way examination in tredelenburg and such positions like it can be made.

In our center besides digital x-ray and DSA examinations, special radiological examinations such as PTK, bilier drainage and enterocosis can be made. Tube image distance varies between 110 and 150 cm and also by means of wall buggy tube image can be generated. Thanks to digital environment all images can be stored in the memory of the equipment, and also by writing on a CD, these can be given to patients if wanted. Another advantage of the digital environment is that we can print films relating to bone or soft tissue by changing the adjustment of window with one exposure.
With this equipment images relating to the scoliosis and lower extremity length and angle measurement can be generated. Scoliosis is the illness of bending of the backbone that is seen especially in childhood and adolescence. With these graphs the angles of the bendings and the shapes of them can be measured. According to these measurements and findings following treatments are decided. Lower extremity and height differences are a group of illnesses which causes walking disorders and limping which occurs because of various reasons. Healing treatments can be applied to these cases, accordingly examinations about differences of lower extremity before treatment and operation, angles between different bones, and whether these angles are normal or not are made and following treatments are decided according to that. Also after the treatment if following decision is made again by examining with the same methods one can be informed about matters such as the degree of the illness, healing process and whether it is changed or not. All measurements are made in digital environment and can be transferred into films. Accordingly it can be seen easily by the doctor who is demanding the research. Along with that the x-ray that has not been measured are filmed and these measurements can be made afterwards by the doctor or the applier.
The most important of all contrasted studies is Angiographic examinations. Besides lowering the radiation dose the given contrast quantity reduces considerably, comparing with previous conventional equipments and studies by using a very small amount of contrast material, images at the same or even better quality images are generated. Thanks to that the side effects of the contrast material that is given externally is reduced.

MAMMOGRAPHY Model 2005

It has the scanning capability, from the smallest to the largest boobs, due to the availability of small and large bookies.

KV Technique is used for obtaining the best imaging by giving the lowest dose to the patient through its special spoon and parts. With this technique, a higher quality imaging from the patient can be obtained by using lower dose radiation. The masses can be more clearly brought up in graphics which have been obtained by focal compression.

Mammography is the main apparatus used in the diagnosis of breast illnesses. The main advantage is the capability of showing the micro- calcifications, at the early stages of breast cancer.

Echocardiography (EKO): It’s a fast and harmless test giving important information about heart.

Since the talent of the one applying the test can affect the result, it should be applied by an expert doctor. Wit the use of best in class tranducer technologies the unit can be adjusted to high bandwidth eliminating the problems associated with penetration.
2/3.5/4/7.5/6 and 10 MHz linear convex, sector and endocavitier transducers. The examination of batýn, tissues such as tirioid and screening of various different areas. With Power doppler functionality obtaining of optimal doppler signals can be acquired where blood flow is very slow.
The ability to switch between frequencies is a special function avaliable in many transducers. The image quality can be optimized with the adjusting of various parameters, the tranduscer frequency can be adjusted for various examining in which the sound demeti lesion levels can be focussed as required and the quality of the visual image can be optimised.

SCHILLER CS 200 EFFORTED EKG EQUIPMENT (2004 MODEL)

Exercise EKG test: In examining patients who have ischemic heart disease (coronary artery blocking, narrowing, and heart attack vs.) and arhythms depending on exercise, it is useful method. But, proper evaluation of EKG’s exercise has great importance in cognition.
Cases where EKG exercise would be useful:
-The ones with breast pain, the ones with risk factors (cigarettes, obesity, hypertension, diabetics, genetic heart disease, hypercholesterolemia, stress etc.)

Risk exists though in small amount during the appliance of the test of after the appliance for this reason patients must be evaluated by a expert doctor and tests must be applied in suitable environment. Before 3 days of the starting of EKG exercise patients should end their other treatments (antianginal, breast ache and anti-hypertension treatment) they are taking. But under tongue remedies can be taken up to 1 hour before the test. To prevent any dangerous situation that may occur in testing environment, there should be people informed about CRP and necessary hardware. Many protocols may be applied for the test.

Widely used ones: are the Bruce and Modified Bruce protocols. During the test, the patient is tithed with EKG cables and put on the runner’s band, then the patient walks as the speed and slope of the band is increased in determined periods of time and EKG is measured constantly. After a 5-10 minute walking period, and a following 5 minute resting period the test is ended. The target to be reached during the test is the patient’s heart speed. Heart speed is the value got by subtracting the patient’s age from 220.When reached to this value test is ended. But due to patient’s own will or the occurrence of some special situation test is ended by the doctor.

When applied properly, EKG exercise gives very important ideas about what kind of a treatment would be appropriate after heart attack and about risks of heart attack or the existence of vessel blocking. In spite of all these certainty of cognition of the test is limited. In 80 of the 100 of the patients the test is applied the disease is cognized. For this reason even sometimes the effort test is negative, further tests may be required. The most valuable tests of these tests are talium and technesium sintigraphy (spect) methods.

Rhythm holter: Especially used with arhythmy (palpitation complain)It is a small walkman sized equipment which records the patient’s pulse and determined parts of the heart EKG and indicates the moments when patient feels palpitation and other ailments. With this equipment, heartbeat records and possible pathologic rhythms of the patients who have complaints like palpitation, head turn, eye darkening, nausea, over tiredness or patients who have abnormally fast heartbeat are recorded. Later by the help of a computer, these recordings are inspected. Recorded information is then inspected by expert doctor. By this way what kind of rhythm problems patients have are determined and then according to that the treatment type is determined properly by the doctor.

Tension holter: As in rhythm holter with the same mechanism, it records the tension rates of the patients occasionally all day long and records the pulse beat and tension during their daily activities, during their sleep, while they are resting. By this way it is determined what times of the day the patients of hypertension have the most tension rates, and treatments are added to these hours. In the cases of patients who do not have hypertension before, first cognition is made, and the treatment regulation is eased. This equipment is again in walkman size. Measurements are made for between 24-72 hours. Measurement periods can be determined by doctors, application and evaluation of the test is highly easy and it is a useful test.
